“If you build it, they will come.”
Extended Culture IVF Mexico
IMPROVEMENTS: Have you ever stopped to think about the complexity of creating a little human being? We sometimes don`t sit back and appreciate how difficult an IVF Mexico really is. We stimulate the Ovaries to create more than just the single dominant follicle, retrieving these eggs from the follicle so they can be fertilized outside of the body, then fertilizing the Eggs via ICSI Mexico or Conventional IVF Mexico, which is a technological accomplishment. Once the Embryos, or babies, are created we then need to carefully place them in the uterus where they will develop into wonderful, beautiful little people. This may seam like an easy process to explain, however performing all of what is needed to have a healthy baby, is a challenge that our Medical Specialists have accepted and improve with enthusiasm.
An IVF Mexico is so common now that it has been normalized as a procedure that will eventually work, this feeling of normalcy has created an expectation of the results that obligates us to find bigger and better possibilities for a pregnancy. A procedure that is proving to be useful in slightly increasing the pregnancy results of the IVF Mexico is called Extended Culture IVF Mexico. This revolutionary procedure may seem simple at first, but when added this to a very complicated and complex process, which is an IVF Mexico, the slight increase that has been experienced, can be the difference between positive and negative during your own IVF Mexico procedure.
What is Extender Culture IVF Mexico?
Extended Culture IVF Mexico is when an Ob-Gyn performs an Endometrial Scratch or Endometrial Biopsy, on your lining to identify what day of the cycle is the best day for the Embryo Transfer. During the biopsy there is a small sample of the Endometrial Lining removed and frozen for testing and future use. Once the sample has been tested, then the remaining amount can be used to assist in the Embryo Development. It is a useful technique that allows you to slightly increase the chances of implantation when the Blastocyst Embryos are finally transferred to the uterus.
With fertility treatments we attempt to mimic the natural environment that is needed for the successful development of an Embryo, so the closer we get to creating this artificial natural environment, the closer we will come to solving the bigger issues of infertility. The collection of endometrial cells is treated, purified and frozen in an advance embryology laboratory. Each cell is cautiously thawed prior to the Egg Retrieval.
When the IVF Mexico has been complete and the embryos development has occurred, the cultured cells are placed on a Petri Dish along with the Embryos where they will support embryonic development until the day of the transfer or until the embryos are frozen for a future FET. The intention of this process is to allow for the Embryos to develop in the natural surroundings of the Endometrial Lining for as long as possible, so by keeping them in Extender Culture Mexico, they are more likely to survive the artificial environment that is a Laboratory.
The culture can be extended to when the Embryos reach day 5-6 of their development, this is considered Blastocyst stage. Assisted Hatching Mexico will also be performed if the need presents itself, a lot of the times, the Embryos will hatch naturally and there will be no need to crack the protein shell. When the Embryos reach Blastocyst, 2 of them are selected for transfer, the rest of the Embryos that were not transferred will be cryopreserved for future use.
By adding Extended Culture Mexico to the IVF Mexico process, and combining this with Assisted Hatching Mexico, we have experienced a higher implantation rate for our patients. Performing Assisted Hatching Mexico is a simpler process than the Extended Culture Mexico, the timing needed is a little different between the two procedures and either of the two will need to be previously approved by LIV Medical Team.
LIV Fertility Center has adopted new and advanced procedures that have demonstrated an increase if pregnancy rates, we have been able to study, evaluate, learn, and improve of new assisted reproduction procedures so that all patients can rest assured that they will be getting the best chances at a pregnancy. Allow us to show you the advancements in Reproductive Medicine that everyone is talking about, and that LIV has perfected.
